I’m Stefan, a multi-disciplined practitioner working with a variety of holistic approaches including
EFT Therapy (Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping), Matrix Reimprinting, HeartMath and Nutritional Therapy

My approach is based on the philosophy that we all have the inner resources needed to heal, but sometimes we need some help to navigate our healing path.

As a holistic coach, my role is to help you discover the underlying causes of your complaints, and help you to make the changes needed to restore wellness.

EFT Therapy Practitioner Cardiff

EFT, often referred to a “tapping”, stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is a gentle therapy that releases negative emotions, past trauma, physical pain and limiting beliefs, to name but a few of its benefits.

I am an experienced, advanced-level EFT practitioner and have trained in EFT and Matrix Reimprinting with EFT Founding Master Karl Dawson.

Coaching sessions are available in-person at my practice near Cardiff or online via video calls.

Working online is as effective as working in-person, and has many further benefits:

Being in the comfort of your own home or other suitable venue
Eliminates travel costs, time and inconvenience
Time to integrate the EFT after the session rather than rushing off to catch public transport or drive home
It’s just as effective as an in-person session
