Consultations
Consultations and sessions are conducted at my practice near Cardiff and online using video calls. Choosing an online session has many benefits, including:- Being in the comfort of your own home or other suitable venue
- Eliminates travel costs, time and inconvenience
- Time to integrate the EFT after the session rather than rushing off to catch public transport of drive home
- It’s just as effective as an in-person session

Free Discovery Call
I like to offer all prospective clients the opportunity to discuss their situation with me before booking full sessions. This gives you a chance to find out more about me, how I work and if we connect; it also allows me to determine whether I am able to help with your problem (don’t worry, I can always refer you on if necessary). Discovery calls are free, although I do request a refundable deposit of £10 to confirm your appointment. This will be refunded after you attend your call or can be deducted from future coaching sessions. You will be directed to my diary booking page after payment.
