Hello, my name is Stefan and I’m a holistic coach, EFT Advanced Practitioner, HeartMath Practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and accredited Belief Coding facilitator based in Cardiff, south Wales.

Coaching sessions are available in-person at my practice near Cardiff or online via video calls.

Working online via video calls is as effective as working in-person, and has many further benefits:

  • Being in the comfort of your own home or other suitable venue
  • Eliminates travel costs, time and inconvenience
  • Time to integrate the EFT after the session rather than rushing off to catch public transport or drive home
  • It’s just as effective as an in-person session

What Is Belief Coding®?

Belief Coding is a relatively new healing and transformation modality, and is comprised of some of the most effective, leading edge approaches including The Emotion Code, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, CBT, NLP and Positive Psychology.

Belief Coding has the ability to heal past experiences while also reprogramming subconscious beliefs.

It helps us in a simple and effective way to safely change limiting beliefs that do not serve us and replace them with empowering beliefs that allow us to live to our full potential.

What Happens During The Belief Coding® Facilitation?

During a Belief Coding session we will start by identifying the issue or problem you want to change. By being very specific in this step we are able to start accessing the subconscious mind and the experiences and beliefs that contribute to the issue.

We then identify any associated emotions and trace them back to negative life experiences that have not yet been resolved. Using a gentle process similar to inner child work, we release the pain of this past experience whilst also reprogramming any limiting beliefs made in that moment.

The final step is to code in new, empowering beliefs that will support in resolving the issue or problem you started with, whilst also supporting new thoughts, emotions, behaviours that allow you to start living to greater potential.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Clients will often experience shifts and releases during the first session, however most issues will have taken some to appear and may also be caused by several other earlier experiences or unhelpful beliefs. I therefore suggest committing to at least three sessions to determine if Belief Coding can help.

“I came to Stefan for a Belief Coding session because I wanted to tackle my issues around food. I didn’t have a good relationship with food, scarcely recognised hunger in myself. I had sensory issues around eating. I would often choke. I felt like I was wasteful because I’d buy good food to prepare fresh, healthy meals and then it just go to waste. Anyway, Stefan was amazing.
