EFT Tapping Fear & Phobia Therapy Cardiff
EFT for Phobias Cardiff & Online
Hello, my name is Stefan and I’m a holistic coach, EFT Advanced Practitioner, HeartMath Certified Practitioner and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner based in Cardiff, south Wales.
I help my clients with various mental and emotional issues including fears and phobias.
Phobias are intense, irrational fears of specific objects, situations, or activities that affect approximately 9 million people in the UK. These fears can lead to avoidance behaviours, significant distress, and interference with daily life. Common phobias include fear of flying, spiders, heights, or social situations.
If you’re struggling with phobias or fears, effective support can help you regain confidence and freedom.
I provide coaching sessions in-person at my practice near Cardiff or online using Zoom.

What Is EFT?
EFT – also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques or “tapping” – is a simple technique that helps the client release negative memories, emotions and feelings from the past and present, thereby lifting the burden of stress from the mind and body. EFT therapy is based on a combination of ancient Chinese medicine and modern psychology. By gently tapping on acupressure points on various parts the body, while focussing on a problem – be that physical, mental or emotional – the body is able to rebalance its energy system, thereby releasing the problem. How EFT Helps with Fear and Phobias
Phobias often trigger intense physical and emotional responses.
EFT works by:
- Calming the body’s fight-or-flight reaction
- Reducing anxiety linked to feared objects or situations
- Changing negative associations and thought patterns
- Supporting gradual exposure without overwhelming distress
Many clients report significant relief after just a few sessions, making EFT an effective complementary approach to traditional phobia therapies.
